一、什么是ATEX防爆认证
1994年3月23日，欧洲委员会采用了“潜在爆炸环境用的设备及保护系统”(94/9/EC)指令。2016年4月20日，欧盟委员会通过了最新的ATEX防爆指令2014/34/EU,这个指令覆盖了矿井及非矿井设备，包括了机械设备及电气设备，把潜在爆炸危险环境扩展到空气中的粉尘及可燃性气体、可燃性蒸气与薄雾。它规定了拟用于潜在爆炸性环境的设备要应用的技术要求——基本健康与安全要求和设备在其使用范围内投放到欧洲市场前必须采用的合格评定程序。
该指令适用的设备范围特别大，包括固定的海上平台、石化厂、面粉磨坊以及其他可能存在潜在爆炸性环境的场所适用的设备。
希望进入欧洲并在欧洲销售爆炸性环境用产品的生产商必须证明其产品符合ATEX指令2014/34/EU。
二、标准ATEX指令产品标志
拟用于潜在爆炸性环境的产品在欧盟进行出售前必须贴附独特社区标志（六角形的防爆标志）和CE标识。
